Leadership & Collaboration
In various group projects, game jams, and my IT Support role, I took on leadership roles. I managed communication between artists, designers, and programmers ensuring smooth collaboration.
I tracked team progress, adjusted priorities, and provided guidance to meet deadlines.
Additionally, in IT support, I was the link between employees and IT solutions to resolve technical issues efficiently. These experiences have honed my leadership and collaboration skills, enabling me to balance team dynamics and maintain productivity across both creative and technical teams.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability
I’ve developed strong problem-solving skills through my ability to adapt quickly to project changes and unforeseen challenges in both game development and IT support.
For example, while providing IT support I often faced unexpected technical issues that required swift solutions, from troubleshooting hardware failures to implementing software updates, ensuring minimal disruption to employees' workflows.
Production Methodologies
Agile, Scrum, Kanban
I have experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
For group projects, I facilitated sprint planning, organized weekly stand-ups, and created Kanban boards to track the status of ongoing tasks. This helped my teams stay on track, deliver work incrementally, and quickly adapt to changing project requirements.
Version Control
Git, GitHub, Perforce
I am comfortable using Git, GitHub, and Perforce for version control and collaborative development.                This experience allowed me to coordinate efforts between multiple developers, ensuring that game builds remained consistent and bug-free across the team.

Communication & Collaboration Tools
Discord, Microsoft Teams, Miro
Strong communication is key to successful game production. I frequently use Slack and Discord for real-time team coordination, ensuring that all team members are aligned on project goals and updates. I used Microsoft Teams during university group projects to schedule meetings, share files, and track ongoing discussions, helping maintain efficient communication between different team roles.
Project Management Tools
I have experience using various project management tools to organize tasks efficiently. For game-related projects, I've used HacknPlan, which functions similarly to Jira but is tailored more for game development, helping track progress and meet deadlines. Additionally, I’ve utilized Trello to break down larger tasks and assignments into manageable sections, making it easy to track progress and stay organized throughout the project.
Game Development Tools
I have an Intermediate knowledge of  Unity and a foundational knowledge of Unreal Engine, primarily focusing on asset integration, basic scripting, and understanding how game mechanics function within these engines. I have used Unity in several personal projects to create game prototypes and worked with my team to manage in-game assets .
